What you're paying for

You are making a voluntary donation to support the operation of the Mu Miami server. The credits awarded are a thank-you bonus — they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and are not legally a purchased product.

Refund policy

All donations are final. Disputes initiated through PayPal/Ko-fi result in immediate account suspension and credit removal. If you have an issue with your donation, contact us via Discord first.

Credits ownership

Credits are a virtual currency tied to the Mu Miami service. You hold a license to use them within the game; you do not own them as property. Credits cannot be transferred to other services. The server reserves the right to revoke credits in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.

Account responsibility

Anyone with access to your Mu Miami account can spend your credits. We are not liable for credits spent by unauthorized account access. Enable 2FA on your Discord and never share your password.

No pay-to-win commitment

We commit to keeping Mu Miami balanced. Credits buy VIP perks (EXP/drop boosts that don't break PvE/PvP balance), marketplace access, and cosmetics. They will never directly buy gear, levels, or competitive advantage that can't be earned by playing.

Tax & legal

Donations may be tax-deductible in some jurisdictions but Mu Miami makes no claim to non-profit status. If unsure, consult a tax professional in your country. Mu Miami operates under the personal liability of the server administrator and is not registered as a business.

Privacy

We receive your name, email, and donation amount from Ko-fi. We do not share or sell this data. Email is used only to contact you about delivery issues.
